Nicole M Kish OD PC are a full service eye and vision care provider and will take both eye emergencies as well as scheduled appointments. Patients throughout the Norman area come to Nicole M Kish OD PC because they know they will receive the personal attention and professional care that is our foundation. Dr. Kish and the team are dedicated to keeping our patients comfortable and well-informed at all times.


At Nicole M Kish OD PC, we will explain every exam and procedure and answer all of our patient's questions. Additionally, at Nicole M Kish OD PC, we offer vision financing options and will work with vision insurance providers to ensure good eye health and vision care for all of our patients.

At Nicole M Kish OD PC, we believe in providing you with personalized, professional and convenient care as well as access to the latest technology and treatments. We accept new patients every day, and urgent or emergency referrals are seen the same day.

Patients must fill out paperwork prior to their appointment. There will be a delay and or cancellation of your appointment if you cannot complete it. If you are not able to fill out the forms online, please call the office to notify us.

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring the following items to your appointment:


  • Photo ID & Insurance Card(s)
  • List of all current medications, including vitamins and supplements
  • Your health history — conditions, procedures/surgeries, allergies, etc.
  • List of any questions or concerns about your eyes or vision
  • Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian. If not then additional forms must be filled out.
  • A form of payment if applicable. We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, hsa/fsa, and care credit (NO CHECKS).

In addition, we always suggest that you bring someone to drive you home since your eyes will remain dilated for several hours. Sunglasses may help reduce glare. If you need some, please ask at the front desk before you leave. If needed, our receptionist can also help you arrange transportation.


Your Visit: What to Expect

  • Treatment

    If treatment of your eye problem is indicated, Dr. Kish will decide the most appropriate course of action. We can perform some types of treatment in our office at the time of your visit. Others may have to be scheduled at a local outpatient surgery center or hospital.

  • Follow-up Visits

    If you are coming to our office for a follow-up appointment, your visit can last up to two hours, depending on the specific testing and treatment you need. We recommend that you have a friend or family member drive you home from any appointment involving treatment or procedure for your safety.

  • Fees and Insurance

    We are participating providers for many insurance plans, including Medicare. We accept Cash and Credit Cards (NO CHECKS). Before your appointment, contact us at (405) 573-9766 with your insurance information.
